I
feel so lucky to be able to live and work on the South Coast of
Oregon. I love the friendly atmosphere and people of this
small town. With the ability to be in Portland, Seattle, or
Los Angeles within a few hours, it is a great location to live and
work while not having to deal with the hustle and bustle of a big city.
I
have had the opportunity to start, expand and create a dynamic small
business that could actually be located in any major city.
Our core business and our success is a result of local community
support, and the local geographic outlying areas. As a small
business, we must always be willing to grow and change. Over
the years, we have complimented our core local business and entered
larger markets. We are currently doing business in 10 West
Coast states.
Our
business is able to furnish our customers with the highest quality
apparel, embroidery, screenprint and promotional products that compare
to any ASI/Ad Specialty business in the country. We have 15
full time employees that contribute their efforts to our business
and to the community.
The
improvements in shipping (UPS/FedEx), telecommunications infrastructure,
and strong support from our local government have enabled us to
grow and expand. With the addition of natural gas to our county,
we are hopeful that more businesses will want to locate in this
area.
Being
able to work here without the headaches of city life is wonderful,
but the real bonus is having so many recreational activities to
choose from. Golfing, fishing, crabbing, camping, river rafting
are just a few of the ways to spend free time. There is enough
to do here for any avid outdoors person/advocate eager to live and
reside in such a great community. We like to say "This
is the best place to live anywhere, if you can afford to live here".
I would highly recommend this community to everyone.
If
I can answer questions or help attract you to our great community,
please feel free to contact me directly.

When
we began developing Bandon Dunes as a world-class golf resort, we
were already aware of the spectacular natural beauty of Oregon's
South Coast. What we quickly discovered was the quality of the local
workforce. We depend on our employees to provide the superior service
our visitors expect - and they deliver day after day. I believe
that as more folks come to play golf with us, they're going to realize
that this part of Oregon is an ideal place to live, work and play.

As
the development of the Airport Business Park moves forward, Southwestern
Oregon Community College stands ready to assist businesses that
locate in the area with their training and manpower development
needs - now and in the future. We can help to improve your business's
profitability. The college is currently working with the Port, state
and federal agencies, and local agencies to provide training to
businesses at our Business Enterprise Center.
