Growing Healthy Communities Through Responsible Business Development
Thriving business communities with a high quality of life are not created by accident. It takes work and our community is working hard to develop workforce housing options, strengthen our workforce pipeline through collaborative work experience and educational opportunities, and further develop outstanding health care services.
Our job is to help our business community thrive. We can help you find the perfect location to relocate your business to, expand your business, take advantage of our local workforce, and more. The South Coast Development Council, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit economic development organization with a vision “to build a thriving and diversified business community on Oregon’s South Coast.” Services provided by the South Coast Development Council, Inc. are FREE. We are privately supported by several local businesses and individuals interested in improving community livability.
